Pre-Employment Health Assessments
Absencecare offers various levels of pre-employment assessments to meet the needs of recruitment at all levels in companies, including low-cost questionnaires which are particularly applicable to circumstances of high staff turnover. The services will:
Evaluate relevant aspects of a candidate's health to ensure an appropriate ‘match’ to the proposed work.
Enable a ‘baseline’ of health status to be established at the start of employment, and complement future health surveillance programmes.
Help manage future sickness absence and civil liability risk.
Constitute a small percentage of recruitment/employment costs.
Demonstrate a professional and proactive approach to recruitment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
The service is available as:
a) Postal or Online Health Questionnaire, which is designed by experts and can be branded in the company name and/or;
b) Physical Assessment
on site via mobile assessments units
at approved medical centres
conducted by Nurse and/or Physician
